Farm Manager

Albadar Agri Farms is seeking an experienced Farm Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our agricultural enterprise. This role focuses on managing crop production and livestock care, with particular attention to farming practices suitable for desert and sandy soil environments. The Farm Manager will supervise a team of 15 people, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining high standards of discipline, and promoting productivity. With a strong background in farm management, the ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional leadership and problem-solving abilities to drive the success of farm activities. The Farm Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of farm operations including irrigation management, pest and disease control, and soil health maintenance. This position requires the ability to adapt to challenging conditions unique to arid farming and to implement best practices that optimize yield and animal welfare. The role demands an individual who can plan strategically, monitor progress, and inspire a motivated team while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily farm operations to ensure smooth workflow and high standards.
Manage a team of 15 farm staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.
Plan, implement, and monitor crop production schedules and livestock management programs.
Apply best practices and innovative techniques for farming in desert and sandy soil conditions.
Oversee the operation and maintenance of agricultural equipment and irrigation systems.
Monitor soil health and implement effective strategies to maintain or improve its quality.
Manage pest and disease control plans to protect crops and livestock from harm.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across all farm activities.
Maintain records of farm operations, production, and resource use for reporting and analysis.
Resolve operational challenges promptly while maintaining productivity and discipline on the farm.
Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and other stakeholders to secure necessary resources and support.
Continuously evaluate farm processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
