Alhameed Construction Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Architect with at least two years of experience in 2D and 3D architectural design to join the team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning sustainable houses, ensuring designs meet regulatory compliance, and effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and preferences. This role requires proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and SketchUp, as well as skills in rendering and 3D model coordination.

Responsibilities

Develop detailed architectural designs and plans using AutoCAD and related software, ensuring accuracy in both 2D and 3D representations.

Plan and design sustainable residential housing projects, incorporating environmentally friendly materials and technologies while adhering to the latest sustainability standards.

Ensure all architectural plans comply with current regulatory codes and zoning laws, coordinating with legal and planning authorities as necessary.

Produce high-quality renderings and 3D model coordination to visually communicate design concepts to clients and project teams.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients to gather project requirements, provide updates, and address any design concerns effectively.

Review and revise designs based on feedback and site conditions, ensuring the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of the project plans.

Support the construction process by providing detailed drawings, specifications, and answering technical queries to facilitate smooth project execution.
