Cigarette Maker Technician (MK-9 & Protos)

Ali Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Cigarette Maker Technician specializing in MK-9 and Protos machines to enhance production efficiency and maintain high product quality within our manufacturing operations. This role requires an experienced technician with at least five years of hands-on experience in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting cigarette-making machinery to ensure smooth and reliable production processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for optimizing the performance of MK-9 and Protos machines, quickly diagnosing and resolving mechanical issues, and executing preventive maintenance tasks to reduce downtime. The technician will work independently without managing a team but will play a critical role in supporting the continuous operation of production lines. The role demands strict adherence to quality control procedures and safety compliance to uphold the company's manufacturing standards. The selected individual will contribute expertise to a dynamic team focused on delivering consistent, high-quality products while ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Set up and calibrate MK-9 and Protos cigarette-making machines to meet production specifications and quality standards.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on machinery to minimize unexpected downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical and operational issues affecting MK-9 and Protos machines promptly to restore full production capacity.
Monitor machine performance metrics and product quality during production runs, making adjustments as needed to maintain consistency.
Implement established quality control procedures to ensure all outputs meet or exceed company standards for product integrity.
Maintain accurate maintenance and repair logs for all activities performed on MK-9 and Protos machines.
Adhere to all safety protocols and compliance guidelines to create a safe working environment for all personnel in the production area.
Collaborate with production supervisors and quality assurance teams to identify and address recurring machine issues and process improvements.
Optimize machine setup procedures and workflow to maximize production efficiency and product throughput.
Provide technical support and guidance on machine operation and maintenance best practices within the manufacturing team.
