Amazon Advertising Manager (Remote, Full-time)

Shark Advertising is seeking two Amazon Ads Managers to join our team in what will be our final hiring round of the year. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Amazon advertising campaigns to maximize return on ad spend and overall account performance.
- Take ownership of campaign strategy, execution, and reporting to meet client goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align advertising efforts with broader marketing and sales objectives.
- Monitor ad spend and adjust campaigns based on performance data and market trends.
- Develop insights and recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate continuous learning and apply new Amazon advertising techniques and tools to enhance results.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience managing Amazon Ads, either in-house, as a freelancer, or within an agency environment.
- Proven ability to manage significant advertising budgets effectively.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Ads platform, including campaign setup, optimization, and analytics.
- Self-motivated with a desire to take ownership and grow professionally within a dynamic agency setting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate clearly with team members and clients.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
