Amazon Procurement Executive

Velociters, a renowned technology partner known for building strategic alliances and delivering innovative solutions to international clients, is looking to hire a full-time Amazon Procurement Executive based in Lahore. This on-site role, located at Paragon City, offers a competitive salary aligned with market standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing procurement activities related to Amazon business operations, ensuring efficient sourcing of products, negotiating with vendors, and maintaining compliance with procurement policies. The working hours for this position are from 5 PM to 2 AM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete procurement cycle tailored to Amazon business needs, ensuring smooth and timely operations.
- Conduct comprehensive supplier research to identify and assess potential vendors that meet quality and cost requirements.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency and operational effectiveness.
- Develop and sustain strong vendor relationships to guarantee reliable and punctual delivery of goods.
- Monitor procurement budgets carefully to ensure cost control and adherence to financial targets.
- Ensure strict compliance with Amazon’s policies as well as internal procurement guidelines and standards.

Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of proven experience specifically in Amazon procurement operations.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Exceptional analytical and organizational skills to handle complex procurement workflows and challenges.
