The ideal candidate possesses at least four years of relevant experience and will be responsible for overseeing a team of five people. This role plays a critical part in aligning HR strategies with the business objectives to foster employee development and organizational success. The HR professional will spearhead initiatives that support workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance evaluation processes. By managing a team effectively, the candidate will ensure that HR policies and practices are executed efficiently and in a way that promotes positive workplace culture and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

Develop and implement performance management systems that align with the companys business goals.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of five HR personnel to ensure high performance and professional development.
Coordinate and oversee recruitment processes to attract and retain top talent.

Design and deliver training programs that enhance employee skills and productivity.
Monitor compliance with labor laws and organizational policies, making recommendations for improvements.
