- Processing & Maintaining the attendance of the 2500 employees.
- Controlling the in & out flow of manpower.
- Downloading attendance from oracle & verifying the attendance.
- Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records.
- Distribute and collect daily attendance from each department.
- Review departmental timecards to ensure employee’s time (missed punches) is accurately recorded and complete.
- Maintaining Daily & Monthly attendance record.
- Leaves updating & posting in ERP.
- Daily overtime feeding in ERP.

- Prepare a report of monthly activities & submit to higher authority.

- Any other task given by HOD.
