Job Title: ASO Specialist / Growth Intern (Performance-Based / Unpaid to Paid)

Location: Remote Schedule: Monday – Friday (Flexible Hours)

About the Role We are looking for a result-oriented ASO Specialist to scale the organic rankings and downloads for our mobile apps.

This is initially an unpaid position . As soon as your ASO strategies generate consistent organic installs for any of our apps, you will be immediately transitioned into a paid role . Your progression and timeline depend entirely on your performance and results.

Key Responsibilities

Execute end-to-end App Store Optimization (ASO) for Google Play Store and Apple App Store listings.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and target low-competition, high-intent terms.
Optimize metadata including Title, Short Description, Long Description, and Keyword fields.
Develop Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies for App Icons, Screenshots, and Feature Graphics.
Track, analyze, and report organic keyword rankings, impressions, and store conversion rates.

Requirements

Solid understanding of core ASO fundamentals and Store Consoles (Google Play Console / App Store Connect).
Familiarity with keyword research tools (e.g., AppTweak, Sensor Tower, Mobile Action, or free alternatives).
Data-driven mindset with a strong drive to deliver organic growth.
Strong written English skills for metadata drafting.
Self-motivated and capable of managing workload independently in a remote environment.
