Divisional Head - Home Remittances & NRP Banking (SVP / Evp)

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive strategic business plans for the Home Remittances and NRP Banking division consistent with overall corporate objectives.
Lead and manage a diverse team of 100 employees, promoting collaboration, professional development, and operational excellence.
Oversee all regulatory compliance activities ensuring the division adheres to domestic and international banking regulations and standards.
Establish and maintain robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and reputational risks.
Engage with key stakeholders including regulatory bodies, business partners, and internal executive teams to align strategies and maintain compliance.
Drive innovation in remittance products and banking services to enhance customer experience and increase market share in the NRP banking segment.
Monitor financial performance, preparing detailed reports and analysis for executive leadership and board meetings.
Ensure continuous improvement in operational processes and compliance practices across the division.
Conduct regular training and awareness programs for the team on updated compliance requirements and risk management practices.
Lead crisis and issue management efforts proactively to safeguard division interests and maintain business continuity.
Champion adherence to Apple Inc.s values and ethical standards within all division activities.
