We are a leading IT firm specializing in procurement solutions, committed to delivering innovative and efficient services to our clients. To support our continued growth, we are looking for a skilled and motivated Ivalua Functional Consultant to join our team. This role will involve leading the implementation of functional workstreams, working closely with solution architects, and ensuring successful project delivery from initiation through to production.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of functional workstreams including Procure to Pay, Sourcing to Contracts, and Supplier Relationship Management.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architect during the design phase by sharing best practices, demonstrating the product, and taking ownership of design documentation.
- Configure solutions to meet complex business requirements and coordinate with team members to achieve project milestones.
- Provide design feedback and conduct configuration reviews during sprints to support partners throughout the implementation process.
- Oversee and contribute to delivery and deployment plans, ensuring smooth production deployment.
- Manage Project Management Office (PMO) activities to maintain governance and ensure adherence to project timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Computer Science, or a related field; an MBA is preferred. The degree must be HEC attested.
- Experience in the IT sector is advantageous.
- Proven ability to manage client relationships effectively.
- Strong passion for technology and innovation, with a motivated and driven approach.
- Proficiency in SQL and other database technologies, including software configuration.
- Solid knowledge of SQL Server.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Valid passport for potential travel requirements.
- Willingness to work evenings and occasional weekends as needed.
- Commitment to studying for and obtaining Ivalua certification.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
