Key Responsibilities
Design and build self-improving AI agent pipelines that extract structured data from diverse medical documents such as invoices, hospital records, and pre-authorization requests. You will define specifications, oversee iterative improvements, and evaluate agent performance to deliver robust production systems.

Develop production-grade agents capable of autonomously monitoring their own performance, detecting anomalies, and providing clear, actionable alerts instead of raw error logs. These agents may also implement automated rollback procedures to maintain system stability without manual intervention.

Create advanced business intelligence agents that go beyond data extraction by autonomously querying structured databases, forming hypotheses, and surfacing insights. Your work will help answer critical questions such as the causes of medical inflation and the flow of healthcare funds, empowering stakeholders with actionable intelligence.

Own the entire architecture of AI systems, including identifying failure modes and driving continuous improvements to transform promising prototypes into dependable solutions used in real healthcare settings.

Required Qualifications
Proven experience designing and deploying AI systems in production environments, preferably involving complex, unstructured data sources.

Experience with monitoring and anomaly detection in production AI systems, including automated alerting and rollback mechanisms.
