Appointment Setter / Cold Caller

RINGO Outbound Sales is seeking a skilled and motivated On-Site B2B Tech Sales Development Representative (SDR) specializing in AI receptionist and automation solutions. This role is based in Karachi and requires candidates to work night shifts while engaging with international business owners. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in outbound B2B tech sales, particularly in selling SaaS, automation tools, or AI receptionist products. This position demands strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to manage a sales pipeline effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls and utilize multi-channel prospecting strategies to connect with international B2B decision-makers.
- Effectively pitch and position AI receptionist and automation solutions to potential clients.
- Initiate conversations, address technical objections confidently, and schedule qualified discovery meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data within the CRM system.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of B2B sales experience with a focus on outbound prospecting.
- Direct experience selling AI receptionists, voice bots, SaaS, or other technology solutions. Candidates with general customer support or non-tech sales experience will not be considered.
- Excellent spoken English and confidence in communicating with international clients.
- Reliable and able to commute to the office located in Nazimabad No. 4, Karachi.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 3:00 AM PKT.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Basic salary up to PKR 50,000 per month, commensurate with experience.
- Onboarding bonus of USD 20 for each qualified meeting booked.
- Uncapped earning potential through performance-based incentives on meeting bonuses.

This is an on-site role based at the Nazimabad No. 4 office in Karachi, operating exclusively during night hours. Candidates without relevant outbound B2B tech sales experience or those unable to commit to the night shift are advised not to apply.
