Graphics Designer

Aprintspk is seeking a skilled Graphics Designer to lead the complete design process for custom printing and packaging products. Located in DHA Phase 1, Lahore, this full-time role involves creating visually compelling designs for custom boxes, standup pouches, stickers, business cards, wedding cards, and branded merchandise. The ideal candidate manages the workflow from understanding client briefs to delivering print-ready artwork, ensuring accuracy in dielines, color specifications, and print production requirements. You will be responsible for producing consistent, high-quality visual outputs aligned with brand guidelines for both B2C and corporate clients. This position requires strong technical design skills, excellent time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. In this role, you will independently oversee a queue of client projects, maintaining strict adherence to deadlines while occasionally providing creative support for advertising and social media content. Reporting to the management team, you will play a key part in Aprintspk's creative efforts to produce exceptional, market-ready packaging. This role involves managing a small team of one, fostering collaboration and quality control within the design process to ensure client satisfaction and the company's reputation for excellence in custom printing solutions.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design cycle for custom packaging products including boxes, pouches, stickers, cards, and branded merchandise
- Translate client briefs into innovative design concepts, refine through revisions, and produce finalized print-ready artwork
- Prepare accurate dielines ensuring all print specifications such as bleed, CMYK color mode, and layout adhere strictly to production standards
- Manage multiple project timelines effectively to meet all deadlines without compromising quality
- Maintain visual consistency aligned with established brand guidelines for B2C and B2B client projects
- Provide occasional creative support for advertisements and social media visuals that complement core product designs
- Collaborate closely with production teams to ensure seamless handoff and resolve any technical design issues
- Independently manage workload with minimal supervision, prioritizing tasks to optimize productivity
- Lead and support a small design team member, guiding quality standards and workflow efficiency
- Keep updated on latest print production technologies and graphic design trends to continuously improve deliverables
