- Administration and supervision of management and operations staff.
- Training of management, field and hospitals staff.
- Implementation of best practices of hospital waste management.
- Share reports as assigned by the top management with the customer on daily/weekly/monthly basis.
- Compilation of Training Record of all activities on daily basis and consolidation of the monthly basis for the record of the company and to share with the department.
- Address all the technical, SOP’s or environment-related queries of the department.
- Replies/Letters preparation in response to the letters regarding the project activities by the department/Customer.
- Weekly/Monthly reporting about the operational activities of the project to top management.
- Scheduling and implementation of projects within time
- Give clear directions and instructions to both team members and stakeholders with regard to external factors, and to enable them to carry out their duties effectively.
- Clarify the duties, roles, and functions of team members between both prospective competing team members and their superiors
- Create and implement project plan and execution.
- Encourage contributions and input from team members and other key stakeholders on the project and acknowledge efforts made by team members and reward them accordingly.
- Give a clear and unbiased assessment of the movement and nature of projects in relations to production cost and expenses.
- Determine the appropriate time to make advancement on projects and move on to further stages.
- Also, acknowledge when certain strategies aren’t effective and implement a change of plans.
- Carryout constant evaluation and adjustment within a specific period of time to ensure that both internal and external factors do not suffer.
- Arrange frequent review meetings / field visits to all sites.
- Present the progress reports of projects in a concise and precise manner to the top management
- Responsible to ensure the best hospital waste management practices at all the operations sites.
- Ensure to compile and send all kind of monthly/Daily/ weekly reports to the customer and top management.
