Architect

A reputable consulting engineering firm based in Karachi is seeking a full-time, on-site Architect to join their dynamic team. This role focuses on various aspects of architectural planning and design, including drafting, preparing coordinated drawings, and producing construction documentation. The Architect will work closely with structural and MEP disciplines to ensure seamless project execution. The position operates during morning shifts and offers a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural plans and designs in alignment with project requirements.
- Prepare detailed and coordinated drawings for architectural, structural, and MEP integration.
- Produce comprehensive construction documentation to support project implementation.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure design accuracy and constructability.
- Utilize AutoCAD software for drafting and design tasks.
- Participate in site visits and travel as necessary to support project needs and coordination.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and related architectural drafting tools.
- Strong understanding of construction processes and multidisciplinary coordination.
- Willingness to travel as part of project requirements.
