Job Description:
- Selling and coordinating transportation, accommodations, tours and activities.
- Provide swift, thorough, friendly, and effective customer service to all customers.
- Understanding the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages or services.
- Using promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
- Handling unforeseen problems and complaints and determine eligibility for money returns.
- Upgrading regularly on entire airline rules as well as regulations along with air fares and various industry requirements.
- Providing travel offers and general travel advice to travelers.
- Working in afternoon shift.
