- Coordination with All regions/clients
- Maintaining the record of Operating Licenses All provinces
- Marketing Telephonic Calls
- Organizing and hosting presentation and customers visits
- Maintaining of record Bids Security, Ernst Money, Performance bonds and relevant letter required for the tender
- Preparation of tender bidding documents and timely submission
- Keep the record update as per the contracts /bids /quotations
- Keep the record updated of regional Marketing activities and apprise seniors in this regard (ready reckoner maintaining)
- Assist MBD for renewal of contracts and maintaining of contracts lists
- Ensure revision of contracts in time
- Preparation of Technical proposals
- Printing, scanning and filling of documentations
- Monitor advertisement through social media
- Conduct market research and emailing introductory letters, company profile to determine market requirements for existing and future clients
