Quality Control Analyst

The Quality Control Analyst is responsible for conducting routine and non-routine analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished pharmaceutical products to ensure they meet defined quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role is vital in maintaining the safety, efficacy, and quality of pharmaceutical products.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform chemical, physical, and microbiological testing on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
Operate laboratory instruments such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis Spectrophotometer, FTIR, and pH meter.
Analyze results and ensure data accuracy and integrity in line with cGMP and GLP guidelines.
Prepare and standardize reagents, solutions, and documentation according to SOPs.
Record and report results in a timely and accurate manner.
Investigate out-of-specification (OOS) results and assist in root cause analysis.
Calibrate and maintain lab equipment as per schedule.
Support stability studies and validation activities.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory protocols during laboratory operations.
Assist during internal and external audits and inspections.
Collaborate with QA and production teams for a smooth workflow.
