1.    The person is responsible for support, guiding, motivating & retaining team members and training and improvement of team members in overall working.

2.    Responsible for reviewing files for due diligence in addition to credit files of team members.

3.    Ensure credit policies and procedures either internal or external are followed according to established guidelines and applicable legislation.

4.    Evaluate credit applications, assessing risk and providing insightful recommendations based on the NBFI sector.

5.    Conduct thorough financial analysis and industry research to support credit decisions.

6.    Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CAD, CVD, microfinance, Syndicate Lease, Real Estate TF, and Corporate) to implement risk mitigation strategies and plans.

7.    Monitor and analyze credit portfolio performance, identifying trends and potential risks.

8.    Drafting and maintaining of policies & procedures as & when required by the Management.

9.    Responsible for various reporting such as Delinquency, Top 10, Weekly moratorium report, etc.

10.  Responsible for updating / revision and implementation of any regulation(s) issued by SECP.

11.  Reviewing of write-off proposals for final approval as & when required.

12.  Reviewing of Industry Search Report, Portfolio analysis report & other tasks as per requirement of HOD.

13.  Stay updated on industry regulations and market conditions to enhance risk assessment, especially in the NBFI sector.

Qualifications: MBA/Finance

Minimum Experience: 5 – 7 Years in credit lease, credit risk.

Core Competencies/Skills: Substantial knowledge of risks related to the financial sector, Strong Communication, Analytical and Creative thinking, Decision Making, Proactive mindset,

Other Skills: Impact & Influence, good time management, result orientation, and teamwork.
