Accounts Executive

Ashwheelz Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent Accounts Executive with at least 1 year of experience to join its finance team. This role involves preparing financial reports and maintaining accurate financial records to ensure the organization's financial health and compliance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong analytical and numerical skills, coupled with good communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively within the organization. The Accounts Executive will manage a small team of 2 persons, ensuring smooth coordination of financial tasks and adherence to company policies. This position requires attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to analyze financial data to support decision-making processes that align with the companys goals.
Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Manage day-to-day financial record keeping, including ledger entries and account reconciliations.
Oversee and coordinate the work of a team of 2 accounting personnel, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for cost savings.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans in collaboration with senior management.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and audit requirements.
Communicate financial information clearly to stakeholders and provide support during audits or financial reviews.
Collaborate with other departments to facilitate smooth financial operations and resolve any discrepancies.
Continuously improve financial processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency within the accounting team.
