Delivery Supervisor

Ashwheelz Pvt Ltd is seeking a responsible and organized Delivery Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our delivery processes. In this role, you ensure timely deliveries while coordinating effectively with riders and drivers. The ideal candidate holds at least an Intermediate or Bachelors degree and demonstrates strong communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills. Although this position does not include formal team management, the candidate must skillfully coordinate with delivery personnel to maintain smooth workflow in a fast-paced environment. The Delivery Supervisor focuses on route planning, logistics coordination, and monitoring delivery performance to optimize service efficiency. Proficiency with delivery systems and spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets is important. A valid driving license is beneficial, and the ability to manage schedules, handle customer service inquiries, and troubleshoot delivery issues will contribute to success in this role.
Responsibilities

Coordinate daily delivery operations by scheduling routes and managing rider/driver assignments.
Monitor on-time delivery performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
Communicate effectively with delivery personnel to address challenges and streamline processes.
Maintain accurate records using Excel or Google Sheets and various delivery management systems.
Assist in resolving customer service issues related to delivery schedules and service quality.
Ensure riders and drivers follow company policies and procedures while maintaining professionalism.
Adapt quickly to operational changes in a fast-paced delivery environment.
Support inventory and dispatch teams to optimize delivery flow and resource allocation.
Track delivery metrics and prepare reports to assist in operational decision-making.
Promote punctuality, responsibility, and organization among delivery personnel.
Leverage geographic knowledge to plan efficient routes and reduce delivery times.
Support compliance with traffic laws and safety regulations, encouraging safe driving practices.
