Internal Auditor

Ashwheelz Pvt Ltd is seeking a meticulous and experienced Internal Auditor to join its finance team. This role involves conducting thorough audits of financial records and operational processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate will have a CA qualification or be part-qualified, with 2 to 4 years of experience in auditing, accounting, or finance. A strong understanding of auditing standards, financial reporting, and internal controls is essential. Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems, particularly Odoo, will support effective transactions review and reporting. The Internal Auditor evaluates the companys adherence to policies and procedures, identifies risks and weaknesses within internal control frameworks, and prepares detailed audit reports with actionable recommendations. This position does not require team management but demands a high level of integrity, analytical capability, and attention to detail to maintain Ashwheelz Pvt Ltds governance and compliance standards.
Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive internal audits covering financial records and operational processes.
Verify the accuracy and legitimacy of invoices, payments, expenses, payroll, and other financial transactions.
Ensure company-wide compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
Identify discrepancies, risks, and control weaknesses, documenting findings clearly and accurately.
Review Odoo ERP system transactions to confirm data integrity and consistency.
Prepare detailed audit reports highlighting issues, risks, and recommended corrective actions.
Communicate audit findings effectively to management and participate in follow-ups on unresolved issues.
Assess and evaluate internal controls to strengthen governance and risk management frameworks.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant auditing standards, financial regulations, and best practices.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in auditing processes and internal controls.
