• Identifying and placing the correct healthcare professionals for shifts, maximising staff bookings by accurate entry of availability and bookings, maintaining and updating company databases and ensuring timely and accurate KPI delivery
  • Assisting in the reduction of competing agencies being used by shared clients by taking a consultative approach with the client and temporary worker whenever possible, as well as managing out competing agencies where possible
  • Liaise with clients on a regular basis, always showing a high degree of professionalism and courtesy, maintaining a customer-focused attitude to your duties always
  • Assisting in ensuring all candidates are fully compliant and cleared to work before their first placement is awarded
  • Working within the relevant company quality and recruitment policies and procedures and ensuring that every placement you make is fully qualified to deliver a high quality of care to affected patient

Education

  • Intermediate/A-Level/College Career Level: Entry Level upwards

Salary and fringe benefits:

  • Rs. 20,000-100,000 per month 
  • Attendance bonus of Rs. 5,000.00 per month
  • Potential on target earnings from year 2 onward could be circa Rs. 150,000+ per month
