Assistant Branch Manager

Askari Family Takaful is seeking a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves supporting branch operations and contributing to business growth while managing a small team. The ideal candidate excels in customer relationship management and sales development, leveraging their communication and interpersonal skills to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales targets. The Assistant Branch Manager will oversee daily branch activities, coordinate with team members, and work closely with management to implement strategies that boost branch performance. This position requires hands-on leadership of a team of two, ensuring effective collaboration and operational efficiency. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and related tools will support sales tracking and customer data management to foster long-term client relationships and maximize business opportunities.
Responsibilities

Manage daily branch operations to ensure smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of two, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing team productivity.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to promote client retention and satisfaction.
Drive sales and business development initiatives to meet predefined targets and expand the customer base.
Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage sales pipelines, customer information, and track performance metrics effectively.
Coordinate with senior management to develop strategies for market growth and competitive advantage.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of service quality.
Monitor and analyze branch performance data, preparing reports and suggesting improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
Support recruitment, training, and evaluation of branch staff to maintain service excellence.
