Branch Manager

With at least two years of relevant experience, the manager will utilize their expertise in sales strategy and Salesforce to support operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the branch to ensure smooth workflows and achievement of business targets.
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase branch revenue in alignment with company objectives.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Coach and mentor the team member to improve performance and professional development.
Utilize Salesforce to track sales progress, customer information, and operational metrics effectively.
Conduct regular branch performance reviews and prepare reports to inform higher management.
Identify and resolve operational problems proactively to maintain branch effectiveness.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and compliance with company standards.
Plan and execute strategic initiatives to foster branch growth and market penetration.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements within the branch.
