Responsibilities

Assist with recruitment and selection activities including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Support the maintenance and update of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) to ensure accurate employee data.
Help organize and track employee performance management processes including appraisal scheduling and documentation.
Contribute to preparing HR reports and analyzing HR metrics to support decision-making.
Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the company culture.
Assist in organizing training sessions and employee development programs as directed by the HR department.
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining documentation and records.
Collaborate with team members to improve HR procedures and enhance employee engagement initiatives.
Participate in meetings and contribute ideas to optimize the effectiveness of HR operations.
