This clerical role involves drafting various documents and managing office operations independently when required. The position demands maintaining excellent team cohesion and smooth working relationships within the office environment. Candidates must demonstrate a typing speed of at least 30 words per minute and possess proficient computer skills to efficiently handle daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Higher Education Commission (HEC) recognized university.
- Typing speed of 30 words per minute with competent computer handling skills.
- Relevant experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar clerical or administrative role.
- Retired Junior Commissioned Officers (JCOs) or equivalent personnel from the Armed Forces are also encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree from an HEC recognized university.
- Experience ranging from 5 to 8 years in related fields will be considered an advantage.

Candidates may be deemed ineligible if they have a third division in their academic record, a weak academic profile, or are currently pursuing the required degree. Employees of NUST with less than one year of service or those without a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their Head of Institution will also not be considered. Medical fitness is mandatory for all applicants.
