This full-time Assistant Field Manager position is based in Islamabad and involves overseeing pharmaceutical field operations across Multan and other designated territories. The role focuses on coordinating field representatives, monitoring their activities and targets, preparing detailed reports, and supporting effective communication with healthcare stakeholders. The position requires regular travel to ensure smooth execution of field activities and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of field representatives to ensure achievement of sales and operational targets.
- Monitor daily field activities, track performance metrics, and provide timely feedback to the team.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on field operations, sales progress, and market insights for senior management.
- Facilitate communication and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders to support business objectives.
- Plan and organize field visits, meetings, and promotional activities in assigned territories.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations during all field operations.
- Manage logistical arrangements related to field activities, including travel and resource allocation.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in pharmaceutical field operations.
- Minimum of two years’ experience working in pharmaceutical sales or field management roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and planning skills to effectively manage multiple territories and teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to interact with internal teams and external healthcare stakeholders.
- Ability to travel frequently and work independently in diverse geographic locations.
