Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor / Store In-charge to manage and oversee the daily operations of our store. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring smooth handling of raw materials, finished goods, and inventory management while maintaining accurate records and coordinating effectively with various departments. This position requires a hands-on approach and strong organizational skills to maintain discipline and order within the store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the receiving, storage, and issuance of raw materials to ensure timely and accurate processing.
- Manage the handling and dispatch of finished goods in coordination with relevant teams.
- Maintain effective inventory management and stock control to prevent discrepancies.
- Keep proper stock records and documentation, including Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material issuance, and stock reconciliation.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and prepare detailed reports on stock status.
- Coordinate closely with Production, Purchase, and Dispatch teams to streamline operations and resolve any issues.
- Ensure the store is well-organized and maintain discipline among store staff to promote a safe and efficient working environment.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in store supervision or store in-charge roles, preferably within a manufacturing or factory setting.
- Practical knowledge of raw material handling, finished goods dispatch, and inventory control.
- Strong understanding of stock documentation processes such as GRN and stock reconciliation.
- Ability to conduct physical stock counts and generate accurate reports.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
