Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the talent acquisition process to attract and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization.
  • Oversee employee relations to maintain a positive workplace culture, address employee concerns, and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Implement and monitor performance management systems to ensure employees receive regular feedback and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and organizational regulations to minimize risk and maintain legal standards.
  • Manage payroll operations, including accurate processing of salaries, deductions, and record-keeping using payroll software.
  • Administer time and attendance systems, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of employee work hours and absences.
  • Develop and update HR policies in alignment with changing labor laws and organizational needs.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of three HR staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and contribute to career progression.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing unit leadership to understand and address workforce requirements specific to the production environment.
  • Prepare HR reports and analyze data to support decision making and improve HR processes.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and promote ethical HR practices across the organization.
