Key responsibilities:
Maintains employee data, including but not limited to: contracts, educational records, experience records, ACRs, and appraisals
Oversees the administration and development of HR policies and procedures
Maintains employee files and the HR filing system
Oversees employee orientation, development, training, and record keeping
Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change at any time with or without notice
Facilitates organizing internal and external HR events
Updates postings & advertises assigned positions on various websites and social media.
Qualifications/Skills:
At least one year’s experience in developing and executing recruitment plans and creating job descriptions, preferably in the IT sector
Having a good educational background from reputable universities, MBA HR preferred
Can use social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates
Fluent in English and able to communicate well both among offshore teams and local staff
Resourceful and a self-starter
Experience in sourcing IT professionals appreciated but not required
