We have opening for Business Development Officer and candidate should have minimum of '1 Years’ experience in relevant industry and must be able to answer technical pre-sales queries of customers.
Detailed job description of this position is listed below:
- Must have worked on online websites for project bidding.
- Discuss, understand and analyze customer’s need to propose the right solution.
- Make sure we ask customer all the questions so requirements are clear.
- Coordinate with relevant manager for any lead if needed.
- Take full ownership of the deal, act as front face of Astute Solutions for the client till the satisfactory closure of sales.
- Transfer over the project to the team for development after deal is done.
Must-have Traits/knowledge/skills:
- Customer care aptitude
- Documentation, proposal drafting
- Good communication skills (Verbal and Written) – Strong listener
- Can do attitude
- Methodology of conducting industry research
- Business norms, Ecommerce business, digitization, web development basic knowledge
