Responsibilities
- Responsible for the dealing with Schools, Institute and Cooperate dealings.
- Plan and coordinate with Director/ Senior Manager Operations for route map.
- Check and ensure timely delivery for the demands of clients.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Initiate and complete all the events pertaining to Book fairs, Exhibitions and other cooperate events.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
- Prepare sales contracts and drafting proposals for potential and existing clients.
- Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices and receiving etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Book Selection
- Researching about international market and international book industry trends and presenting reports to the management.
- Initiating corporate meetings email and call correspondence with clients as and when directed by the management.
- Initiating, proposing and managing in-store events and school/libraries or club events ( which may include but will not be limited to book exhibitions, book fairs, book clubs)
- Taking care of correspondence related to business development.
- Responsible to monitor account balance under control and within limits.
- Fulfill demand and supplies of orders from customers.
- Check and Collect payment against supplies and deposit into accounts.
- Any other task as and when specified by the management.
