Graphic Designer

AUK Group Ahsan ul Kalam is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with at least 2 years of experience to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and knowledge of color theory and vector graphic design. This role requires managing a small team of 2 persons and collaborating closely with other departments to produce visual content that effectively communicates the companys brand and messaging. Experience in color management systems and Adobe Color tools is essential for maintaining high-quality design standards. In addition to traditional graphic design responsibilities, candidates with the ability to create AI-generated videos will have a significant advantage. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing innovative design solutions, ensuring consistency across various media platforms. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously while leading and mentoring the team to achieve creative excellence.
Responsibilities

Develop original graphic designs and layouts for digital and print media, including marketing materials, presentations, and social media content.
Lead and manage a small team of 2 design professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and support to enhance team performance and creativity.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to create high-quality visual assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Apply color theory and color management systems to produce visually appealing and consistent designs across all projects.
Create and edit vector graphics to meet specific design requirements for various applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and communications to understand project goals and deliver compelling visuals.
Maintain organized files and manage project workflows to ensure timely delivery of design projects while adhering to quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve design quality and innovation.
Assist in the production of AI-generated videos, bringing creativity and technical skills to enhance multimedia content.
Ensure all designs meet legal, copyright, and trademark requirements when applicable.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute new ideas to promote creative problem-solving and innovation.
