Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive

Aurora Aviation is seeking a highly skilled Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive to oversee and coordinate critical aspects of flight planning, monitoring, and operational management. This role demands vigilant oversight of incoming flight information, active coordination between the Dubai head office and Islamabad operation centers, and adept handling of real-time flight status updates to ensure seamless and safe aviation operations. The ideal candidate possesses deep knowledge of aviation regulations, aeronautical information systems, and communication protocols essential for effective flight dispatch. In addition, this position requires proven leadership capabilities to supervise and lead a dedicated team of 15 individuals, fostering collaboration and operational efficiency across the flight operations department. The Flight Dispatcher Operation Executive is responsible for maintaining an optimal safety standard by managing comprehensive data on flight schedules, aircraft performance, regulatory compliance, and air traffic control communication. The role involves continual monitoring of weather conditions, application of flight planning software, and efficient handling of operational irregularities such as delays or emergencies. By leveraging strong coordination skills, the incumbent ensures timely and accurate information flow between multiple stakeholders, including airlines, ground handling teams, and regulatory bodies, while emphasizing adherence to ICAO Annex 6 and IATA guidelines. This position is critical in driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in Aurora Aviations flight dispatch operations.
Responsibilities

• Continuously monitor incoming flight information and promptly communicate relevant updates to all pertinent departments and stations to guarantee timely and efficient operations.
• Coordinate seamless communication and operational activities between Aurora Aviations Dubai head office and the Islamabad office to sustain consistent and accurate workflows.
• Track and analyze flight statuses, schedules, and real-time updates to manage operational planning effectively and address any disruptions rapidly.
• Apply comprehensive knowledge of IATA and ICAO airport codes to ensure precise flight identification and coordination across workflows.
• Receive, interpret, and respond accurately to operational queries and messages, promoting clarity and swift resolution of issues.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling personnel, and regulatory authorities to facilitate smooth, safe, and compliant flight operations.
• Maintain and update detailed records of all flight data, communication logs, and operational activities for auditing, compliance, and reference purposes.
• Manage operational irregularities such as delays, cancellations, and emergencies, escalating complex issues to higher management as needed.
• Ensure full compliance with ICAO Annex 6 and other applicable aviation regulations to uphold stringent safety and operational standards.
• Use NOTAM management systems and aeronautical information resources to stay informed of changes affecting flight operations and adjust plans accordingly.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of 15 personnel, fostering an environment of accountability, professional growth, and collaborative teamwork within the operations unit.
• Employ advanced weather analysis tools to assess meteorological conditions, communicating critical information to adapt flight plans and ensure passenger and crew safety.
• Coordinate the use of Air Traffic Control communication systems, ensuring effective interaction for flight dispatch and operational decision-making.
• Implement and support the integration and use of technology, including MS Office and specialized operational software, to enhance accuracy and efficiency in flight dispatch processes.
• Promote a professional workplace culture centered on operational excellence, timely communication, compliance vigilance, and continuous process improvement.
