- Proactively source, network and market open job opportunities to build a pipeline of qualified candidates
- Working closely with Unit Heads and Hiring Managers for recruiting, planning and to maximize effectiveness of recruiting/ hiring process and pipeline.
- Ensure regular communication and progress updates to the Unit Heads and Hiring Managers in regard to statuses of positions.
- Making sure that all open positions are efficiently and effectively filled
- Managing Offer Negotiation, resignation acceptance till On-boarding of candidate
Administering:
- Telephonic Interviews / Screening: Preliminary interviews to assess candidates and recommend top candidates to hiring department
- Interview Scheduling’s:
- Ensuring candidates and Interviewers availability
- Send Calendar invites
- Complete lifecycle of all Interview rounds.
