Avro Technologies is providing BPO services for ten years and we have experience in several different telemarketing industries such as USA, UK Canadian and Australian Energy deregulation (residential and commercial) worldwide medicare/DME campaigns, Spectrum, and Home Warranty, Home Security, Home Insurance.
We are looking for potential and enthusiastic Sales Executives USA base. Both freshers and experienced can apply for this job. Females are encourage to apply.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion.
- Handling Inbound & outbound calls.
- Meet personal targets &support in achieving team targets.
- Maintain records of conversations with customers & analyze data.
- Maintain good customer relations.
- Identify the needs of customers, and provide solutions.
- Write and submit timely reports on performance, targets & customer queries.
Requirements
- Strong Communication skills
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Self-Motivated and Targets Driven
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Fast learner and passion for sales
