B2B LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Weblinx Solution is seeking a dedicated B2B Lead Generation Specialist to join our team at our Model Colony/Kazimabad office in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role operates during the evening shift and offers a market-competitive salary based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in generating qualified leads specifically for IT companies or software houses, with a focus on international markets such as the USA, UK, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage decision-makers in target markets using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Conduct personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns, including follow-ups, to secure meetings and generate qualified leads.
- Manage CRM systems effectively to track leads, interactions, and campaign progress.
- Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports showcasing lead generation results and campaign effectiveness.
- Demonstrate the ability to produce actual qualified leads and provide evidence of previous successful campaigns.
- Support the growth of business opportunities for software development, mobile applications, SaaS, and custom software services internationally.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation within IT or software development sectors.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and advanced prospecting techniques.
- Strong ability to identify and connect with key decision-makers in international markets, particularly the USA, UK, and Australia.
- Skilled in personalized outreach strategies, follow-up communications, and meeting scheduling.
- Experience in CRM management and reporting on lead generation metrics.
- Track record of delivering measurable results through lead generation campaigns.
