Key responsibilities include answering inbound calls, providing accurate information to customers, processing complaints effectively, and escalating critical issues to the appropriate authorities. The position involves working within rotational shifts, adapting to varying workloads and maintaining excellent coordination skills to follow up on pending matters. Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls professionally and courteously, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Respond promptly and accurately to resident and customer inquiries, providing updated information as required.
  • Handle and resolve complaints efficiently and politely, maintaining a calm and constructive approach.
  • Process all complaints in alignment with company policies and procedures to ensure consistency of service.
  • Identify priority issues and escalate them promptly to the concerned authority for immediate attention.
  • Coordinate effectively with relevant departments to manage second-step follow-ups and ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all complaints, actions taken, and resolutions achieved.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving techniques.
  • Work within rotational shift schedules to provide continuous support and maintain service availability.
  • Perform additional tasks assigned by the line manager to support operational needs and regulatory compliance.
