Management Trainee

Responsibilities

Assist in managing daily operations related to international freight forwarding and customs clearing processes to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Support business development activities by identifying new market opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to sales strategies.
Lead and mentor a small team of three members, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative work environment while monitoring their performance and development.
Participate in the Leadership Development Program by engaging in training sessions and applying newly acquired skills to operational and business challenges.
Coordinate cross-functional tasks between logistics, customs, and sales teams to optimize workflow and improve customer satisfaction.
Analyze operational data and performance metrics to identify areas of improvement and implement corrective actions.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project progress, operational efficiency, and business growth initiatives.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and compliance requirements related to international freight and customs clearance.
Contribute to problem-solving efforts, addressing client concerns, logistical issues, and regulatory challenges promptly and effectively.
