• Use CRM for Order processing, Query resolution & Order management
  • Actively engage with our users on Facebook,whatsapp,Instagram, Email & phone calls. Query resolution should be under 1 day. Turn around time on social should be under 2 hours.
  • Share daily reporting from social media for damage Control
  • Call customer for order confirmation, inquiries, or any other Key information which might be missing from the inquiry/order.Provide information about products and services, take/ cancel orders, or obtain details of complaints.
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken. Process orders, forms and applications.
  • Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances or special requests to designated departments for further investigation.
  • Align with Shipping Companies, Payment partners & retail outlets for Customer support & complains resolution
