Be One Professionals Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Manager or Senior Fund Accountant specialized in eFront and Real Estate Fund Accounting. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in fund accounting within real estate, with a solid understanding of NAV calculation and fund financial reporting. The position involves managing monthly bookkeeping, preparing and reviewing management accounts and investor reports, and ensuring accurate financial statements for diverse real estate fund structures.

Responsibilities

Manage monthly bookkeeping for all entities within the real estate fund structures, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
Prepare and review periodic management accounts, investor reports, and annual financial statements for a portfolio of real estate fund structures in line with established accounting principles.
Calculate and review Net Asset Values (NAVs) in compliance with relevant accounting standards and fund-related documentation to provide accurate valuations.
Maintain and update accounting records and general ledgers for complex fund structures and special purpose vehicles to ensure integrity of financial data.
Account for investment acquisitions, disposals, valuations, capital transactions, and other complex fund activity with attention to detail.
Prepare capital call and distribution calculations and ensure timely and accurate support for investor reporting requirements.
Perform reconciliations of bank accounts, investment holdings, loan positions, and other balance sheet accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate external audits by preparing supporting working papers and liaising directly with auditors to ensure audit readiness and compliance.
Ensure all accounting activities adhere to corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements relevant to real estate funds.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within fund accounting processes, leveraging eFront capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
