We are looking for the right candidate who can manage diverse administrative functions for Call Center and excel in over achieving our sales targets.
Primary functions will include:
- Requires a thorough knowledge of the Call center projects.- Manage a team of call center associates including, interviewing, hiring, training employees and building a team.- Appraising performance and rewarding associates, addressing complaints and resolving problems.- Designing and producing various statistical reports to measure efficiency of associates and designing process improvement to continuously provide excellent service quality.- Consulting with senior management to define and manage projects that encompass and impact many associates or strategic goals.
