- To prepare organograms and get it approved from relevant authorities.
- Responsible for recruitment of positions as per hirngneed and SOP.
- Networking with different sources to ensure constant availability of talent pool in all regions where organization intends to start/expand operations.
- Search for qualified candidates according to relevant job criteria and schedule interviews to develop shortlisted data base.
- Responsible for refrence check of all new joiners in Blesso &Keune cosmetics.
- To prepare Job offers for new resources with the help of line manager.
- To prepare appointment letter for new joiners and get it approved from line manager.
- To organize proper orientation for new joiners as per agreed standard.
- To follow the orientation check list for new joiner as per agreed standard.
- Follow-up of all new joiners in each area,and intitiate the confirmation process of each new joiner.
- Conduct Job Analysis of all SSC staff and revised JD’s, KPI’s and Specification.
- Conduct TNA’s of all SSC staff with the help of line manager.
- Formulate Training Plan and execute with the guidance of line manager.
- Conduct periodic Employee Satisfaction Surveys and Events to address the findings.
- Promote Employee involvement through Employee Events in order to promote culture and co-ordinate with various functions for implementation in its true spirit.
- Prepare Monthly Pay Roll on Group Level .
- Peform other tasks as assigned by HOD.
