Branch Manager - Fast Food Setup

Oresto Pizza is seeking a dedicated full-time Branch Manager to oversee its fast-food outlet in Gujranwala. This on-site leadership role involves managing all aspects of daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning and high standards. The Branch Manager will be responsible for supervising staff, maintaining food safety and quality, managing inventory, delivering excellent customer service, monitoring sales and cost reports, and ensuring the facility is always ready for business. Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily restaurant operations to achieve operational excellence.
- Supervise and motivate staff, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
- Maintain strict food safety and quality control measures to comply with health regulations.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control and ordering to minimize waste and shortages.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues promptly.

Required Qualifications

- Intermediate education or equivalent is mandatory.
