Logo Designer

Brand Crowed is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Logo Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in graphic design, specializing in brand identity and logo creation. This role requires delivering high-quality logo designs that align with client branding objectives, ensuring all files are prepared in vector formats and optimized for various uses. The Logo Designer will be responsible for managing a small team of two, guiding the design process and ensuring timely delivery of projects. The position also requires expertise in preparing print-ready designs, particularly for T-shirt projects with specific requirements for color usage and file separation. The successful candidate demonstrates strong skills in graphic design software and has a keen eye for detail, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and client expectations. Collaboration and communication skills are essential to lead the team and manage client feedback effectively.
Responsibilities

Create distinctive and memorable logo designs that clearly convey the brand identity and values of each client.
Develop logos in vector formats including AI, EPS, and SVG, ensuring scalability and quality for diverse applications.
Prepare high-resolution PNG and JPG files along with a white version of logos for use on dark backgrounds.
Design print-ready T-shirt graphics limited to 1-2 colors, providing separate front and back design files.
Create realistic mockups showcasing T-shirt designs on maroon fabric to demonstrate final appearance.
Lead and manage a team of two designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support throughout the design process.
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into design revisions.
Maintain consistent branding standards and ensure all deliverables meet the companys quality expectations.
Stay current with design trends and tools to bring innovative approaches to branding projects.
Ensure all projects are completed on time and within the scope of client requirements.
