Brave BPO invites qualified individuals to join their growing team as ACA & Medicare Verifiers. This full-time, on-site position located in Saddar, Rawalpindi, is ideal for candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant BPO/call center experience seeking a professional career environment. In this role, you will engage in US-based customer interactions, verify important data accurately, and ensure compliance with campaign procedures, all while maintaining high standards of call quality and professional conduct. Responsibilities

Handle communications with US-based customers to verify ACA and Medicare related information accurately and efficiently.
Follow established campaign procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent data verification and compliance with regulatory standards.
Maintain high call quality standards, demonstrating professionalism and clear communication in every customer interaction.
Utilize computer systems and customer relationship management (CRM) tools effectively to document customer information and verification results.
Pay close attention to detail to identify and resolve discrepancies or incomplete information during the verification process.
Work toward achieving individual and team performance targets and contribute to overall campaign success.
Adhere to scheduled shifts, especially during US/night hours, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve processes, share learnings, and maintain a productive work environment.
Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information at all times in accordance with company policies and data protection regulations.
