Job Description

  • We are seeking experienced Developer Support Engineers for our Development department.
  • As a Developer Support Engineer, you will deliver effective technical customer support to our rapidly growing customer base, delivering solutions to both technical and non-technical end-users while also supporting a wide range of technologies.

Job Responsibility:

  •  Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  •  Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  •  Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
  •  Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  •  Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  •  Ensure all issues are properly logged
  •  Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  •  Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals

Candidacy Requirements:

  •  Experience with a JIRA-based workflow
  •  Experience with web services, REST, and HTTP
  •  Experience with JavaScript development
  •  Experience with CSS and HTML code
  •  Experience in software development .NET (C#)
  •  Experience with MSSQL and basic database querying.
  •  Good at debugging/troubleshooting
  •  Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with customers
  •  Ability to work as part of a team and escalate problems as needed
  •  Self-starter
