Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to medical and healthcare practices across the United States, including behavioral health clinics and therapy practices.
- Present and explain services such as billing, credentialing, revenue cycle management, denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, and virtual medical assistant solutions.
- Engage professionally with practice managers, doctors, therapists, front desk staff, and clinic owners using clear spoken English.
- Ask relevant qualifying questions to determine the suitability of leads and update all lead details accurately in the CRM system or spreadsheets.
- Schedule appointments or follow-up calls/Zoom meetings for the sales team with interested prospects.
- Maintain precise call notes and track lead statuses using CRM software or other documentation tools.
- Adhere to provided call scripts while maintaining a natural, confident, and professional tone during conversations.
- Demonstrate patience and professionalism when handling diverse responses and objections during calls.
- Work the required night shift hours to align with US time zones and business hours.
- Ensure compliance with company protocols and healthcare industry regulations during all communications.
- Continuously update knowledge of services offered and healthcare industry trends as part of ongoing training and development.
