Business Analyst

RIKSOF is an award-winning agency specializing in AI-enabled solutions across mobile, web, and IoT platforms. We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with a strong ability to produce high-quality technical content. This hybrid role requires someone who can engage directly with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and translate those insights into detailed documentation such as SRS, BRDs, user stories, user manuals, proposals, and technology-focused articles. Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with clients to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements.
- Collaborate closely with sales and technical teams to develop technical proposals and respond to RFPs.
- Produce Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Participate actively in requirement workshops, scoping sessions, product demos, and solution design discussions.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure clarity and alignment throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Prepare user manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), API documentation, and maintain internal knowledge base materials.
- Continuously update and maintain documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Write blogs, articles, whitepapers, and professional content for platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Contribute to technical proposals, case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral to support business development efforts.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar hybrid role involving both analysis and technical writing.
- Proven experience in writing SRS, BRDs, user stories, or software documentation is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, requirements gathering techniques, Agile methodologies, and user flow design.
- Excellent command of English writing skills, with an emphasis on clarity, structure, and technical accuracy.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Effective multitasking skills to manage multiple projects and switch seamlessly between business analysis and content creation tasks.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
- Location preference: Karachi Clifton, with work conducted in person.
- Full-time employment with a competitive monthly salary of up to Rs 200,000.
